Founding Partner

Laurie spent over 20 years in the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries. Her experience includes sales, sales management, account management, training, and learning and development. Her most recent corporate role was as North American Regional Learning Manager for Pfizer, a Training Magazine Top 125 Hall of Fame Company.

Laurie has created and facilitated numerous training solutions in a variety of industries. Her training and coaching is characterized by a depth of knowledge, a focus on practical skill development, and an enthusiasm and vitality that is contagious. She truly brings a bright light into every situation!

Laurie is a member of the American Society of Training & Development, the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the National Human Resources Association. She is a Certified Professional Behavior
Analyst, and has achieved many professional certifications including Situational Leadership II, Influence, and Targeted Selection.
